Delivery Lift uses your sign-in email, profile name and account access settings to provide this dashboard and help you use it. Your access determines which clients, results, work updates and reports you can see.

Keeping your account secure

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. You can add an authenticator in your profile and sign out when you finish on a shared device. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics or session replay in this dashboard.

Your information

Account, invitation and security records help us administer access and investigate problems. Published report and work history help explain what was shared and corrected. Access is restricted to authorized clients and Delivery Lift staff who need it for their work.

Contact us to request access to your personal information, correct it, close your account or ask about deletion. We review what can be removed and explain any records that need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.

Need help?

Email alex@deliverylift.com for dashboard support or privacy requests. If you lose access to your email or authenticator, we will verify your identity before changing your account. Never send us a sign-in code or authenticator secret.
